vs hosted eQMS tools

Hosted suites keep your QMS on their servers — and hold onto it when you want to leave. With easo your QMS is plain files in your own git; leaving costs you nothing. Their pricing is often per seat or on request; easo has one flat price per company with unlimited readers. On the lived handbook and completeness guidance we match them — on integrity proofs and migration we go further.

vs DIY Office, SharePoint or Google

Home-grown folders drift, can't prove integrity and fail audits. easo delivers real revision-safety, cryptographic signatures, an audit trail and a guided path to certification — with no IT project and no dependence on Microsoft or Google.

vs a document management system (DMS)

If you have one, keep it. The standard itself separates two kinds of documented information: records, which are retained — invoices, inspection protocols, evidence — and documents, which are maintained — procedures, policies, processes. A DMS is built for retention: capture, search, deadlines, statutory archiving. It does that well.

easo is built for the other half. A DMS answers whether you can produce a document unchanged in ten years; easo answers which version is in force today, who released it, and whether anyone works to it — enforced four-eyes release, the current state visible on every document, clause coverage and a gap list. Both sides say "audit-proof" and mean different things: there, records that cannot be altered; here, also the control of what currently applies.

The one thing no one else offers

Your QMS lives in your own git. We host none of your content — no competitor that holds your data can promise the same without giving up their business model. With easo, data sovereignty isn't an add-on; it's the architecture.

Honest limitations

In fairness: easo is young — the first public versions are here, while established tools have years' head start. And "your git" is a novel idea — which is why we hide the git completely, so your team never touches it. Whatever we claim, we can prove.
