The two tiers

Local, for one person.
The whole engine on your machine: the document lifecycle with signed releases, verifiability without easo, management review, audit and CAPA, the handbook and the knowledge book, templates, import and PDF/A export. No account, no trial period, no expiry date.
The moment your QMS leaves your machine — synchronisation, a second device, a second person — you need the Team tier. That includes a remote you host yourself.

€139 per month
or €1,390 per year · in Switzerland CHF 129 and CHF 1,290 · all prices net, plus VAT.
For the whole company.
Everything that leaves the device: company accounts, invitations, managed team access, synchronisation between devices and people, orderly offboarding. Readers and authors are both included — no surcharge for letting your team actually use the QMS.
A year costs ten monthly payments. Two months free — that is the arithmetic, not the marketing.
Just founded?
Young companies pay €10 a month until 3 years after incorporation — counted from the founding date, not from the day you subscribe. We grant it individually against a short proof: easo@manovis.com. Why this matters to us is on the For startups page.
What makes the price honest

Currency and VAT in the dialog
At checkout, currency and VAT follow your company's seat and are itemised. The amount shown there always governs — even if this page is ever behind.

Cancel any time
With effect from the end of the current period, in the customer portal straight from the app. No term beyond the month or year you booked, and no notice period.

When the subscription ends, your documents stay
They live in your own Git and on your devices, in open formats. Without a subscription you keep working locally — nothing is frozen, nothing is lost, and there is nothing to export.

No sales call
You subscribe in the app, in a few minutes. No meeting, no quote, no negotiation — and no better price for whoever negotiates harder.
Trying it costs nothing
The free tier is the trial — there is no other one. Download easo, build your QMS locally, and unlock the Team subscription when the second person joins.
The Team tier is governed by our Terms of Service.
