The company behind easo.
easo is a product of MANOVIS GmbH — a small, owner-led Swiss product developer. Not an anonymous software house, but people who would rather build products than merely run them. Here's who we are, and why we of all people built a QMS.
Who we are
MANOVIS develops new products, services and business models — for ourselves and for others. At heart we are product designers with a taste for simplicity and ease of use. We're a small, independent team based in Basel-Landschaft, Switzerland, and easo is one of our own products.
Why a maker builds a QMS
Quality management has a reputation: binders, walls of text, software that looks a decade old. That's exactly where we come in. We didn't build easo as yet another compliance tool for specialists, but as an eQMS that ordinary office people actually use — because we're used to simplifying complicated things until they feel effortless. "Compliance, made easy" isn't a slogan; it's the task we set ourselves.
Experience in regulated environments
Quality and provability aren't new ground for us. Among other holdings, MANOVIS is invested in accroma labtec Ltd. — a provider of lab automation for highly regulated environments. So we know first-hand what's at stake when processes, approvals and evidence have to stand up to an audit. That understanding is built into easo: four-eyes approvals, revision-safe records and signed evidence are part of the foundation, not bolted on.

Owner-led & independent
No investors pushing for fast growth. We decide for ourselves where easo goes — and we can keep a direct line to the people who use it.

Swiss roots
MANOVIS is based in Switzerland, and the easo website runs on Swiss hosting — no trackers, no external fonts or CDNs. Data sovereignty is a stance for us, not an add-on.

We build things ourselves
easo sits alongside our other products. We're used to thinking a product through from idea to a finished, usable result — design, engineering and use as one whole.

We don't claim a certificate or a property we can't back up. What easo can do, we show with evidence — and where something is still outstanding, we say so.
