Signed and verified
The macOS app is signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple — verified and ready to run. The Windows installer is signed to MANOVIS GmbH with a GlobalSign OV certificate and timestamped.

easo updates itself — signed. Nothing to re-download and no store to check; new versions arrive automatically and verified.

No app store in between: you download easo directly from us. Older versions remain available as an archive — what changed, and when.
What's new
easo 0.10.3 — Duplicate document numbers are fixed — and where it already happened, nothing was lost, because easo overwrote neither version. When you created a document, easo used to check the numbers on your own device but not those of drafts your colleagues were still working on, even though they were right there in your list under their names. The second document then hid the first from view — precisely when the first was waiting for your approval — and could never be uploaded.
- easo now counts your team's drafts that have already reached you, however a document comes into being: new, imported, converted, reclassified or written with your assistant

The first launch on Windows
Windows shows a SmartScreen warning for freshly signed software — not because anything is wrong, but because our certificate is young; its reputation grows with the number of installs. "More info" reveals the publisher, MANOVIS GmbH, and "Run anyway" starts the installation. No administrator rights are needed.
